Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email hello@vyneperformance.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund. For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened supplements, so you usually won't need to send anything back — just reach out and we'll sort it.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, regardless of reason.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Damaged or incorrect items: email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
