Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so every order is backed by our
100-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email
hello@vyneperformance.com within 100 days of receiving your order and we'll
arrange a refund. For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened supplements, so
you won't need to send anything back — just reach out and we'll sort it.

One hundred days is deliberate. A three-month supply is ninety capsules, so
the guarantee outlasts the supply on purpose: you can take every capsule in
the bottle, decide it did nothing for you, and still ask for your money back.
A supplement taken once daily is not something you can judge in a week, and
we'd rather you had the full time to decide than feel rushed by a short window.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days. Damaged or incorrect items: email us a photo within 48 hours
of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
